This is a structured, results-driven conversation that helps identify the next steps to enhance your game, career, and well-being. Whether you’re dealing with the stress of competition, media scrutiny, injury recovery, or career transitions, this session is designed to support your personal and professional growth.

  • Duration: Each session lasts a full hour, ensuring enough time to discuss performance, mindset, and personal challenges.

  • Confidentiality: Absolute discretion is guaranteed. NDAs are signed before each session to protect your privacy.

  • Flexibility: These sessions aren’t just for when you’re struggling—they can also help keep you at peak performance.

Session Format

  • Online Convenience: To ensure accessibility and privacy, our sessions can be conducted online or in person.

  • In-Person Sessions: If you require a face-to-face session at your training ground or venue, this may be arranged upon request. Please mention this in your inquiry.

  • Payment is arranged prior to the meeting through GuyTalk Therapy.
